I have been thinking about what I wrote last night. I want to be healthier. I do not want to be 60 and have diabetes and other diseases. I want to look good and be attractive.
I do not have to hate myself to do this. I am important and worth it. How can I help other people if I do not help myself?
This is my first attempt at getting the Lose It! data onto my blog. According to Lose It!, I spend 7.7% of my calories on breakfast. I have got to get more at breakfast. I have not really been able to finish my breakfasts lately.
