I felt good today. I probably didn't look good because I woke up very late this morning and spent another morning running around like a chicken. I think that will be my next goal. Wake up on time and eat breakfast at home.
Once again, I did not finish my breakfast of oatmeal, apple butter and walnuts. Maybe I need to cut back on the oatmeal. I went food shopping tonight and bought some different stuff for breakfast and other meals.
I tend to get into food ruts. I'll eat the same core foods for a month and then get tired of them. While shopping at Hannaford, my favorite area supermarket, I passed by the peanut butter and said to myself, "I have not had peanut butter and jelly lately." That will be my lunch tomorrow.
I haven't had a lot of stuff lately. So I am making a little change.
Today was not really a bad food day. Breakfast was blah and I gave in on the piece of pizza but I did log it.
