I said, "Aren't you going to say Hello?"
She finally answered, "Hello." She looked at me like I was a stranger. I usually prod her with questions about her lunch to get her memory going but she was looking at me blankly. Finally, after 20 minutes or so, she says, "You're Jennifer." Sigh, yes I am.
I left after an hour and went home and collapsed on the couch and cried. I miss the Mom I remember when I was really young. Where did she go?
Tonight, I talked to Dad about Mom coming over for Thanksgiving dinner (in 2 weeks!!!!!). He was like whatever you want. So it is, Mom is coming for Thanksgiving, which maybe the last time we get to have a family Thanksgiving together.
Rich worked 3 and a 1/2 doubles from Wednesday - Saturday. I missed him this weekend.
I found a new hiding place for Boots. I opened the closet door and he got in. Instead of laying on the blankets I store in there, he found a new place to lay.
I really should go through the stuff in that closet.
